The first oven range that was installed did not work properly. After 8-9 service calls and going without an oven for 6 months the range was replaced with another. This range has been working for 3 months without any problems. We specifically chose this range because of the warming tray. We did purchase the extended warranty from the dealer on the original stove and hope the warranty will be honored in the future.

love the griddle and the second oven. The oven is great fro additional cooking items for for just something small for a single person. Very attractive range.
